Roll-up shutters are the quickest and easiest protection system provided by Jansen Shutters. They roll down with just a hit of the switch or manual crank, instantly providing a secure enclosed area protected from wind borne debris and hurricane force winds. If your electricity happens to go out during a storm, the motorized roll-ups can be manufactured with a manual override so you can still get in and out of your home. When not in use the aluminum slates are guided by a track and secured in an upper housing unit. Due to the salty and humid Florida air, roll-up parts are made of aluminum guaranteed not to rust and ensuring longevity and maximum performance.

Roll-ups are available in white, ivory, beige, and bronze.

Building Code Specifications
This system is designed for use only outside high velocity hurricane zones. Roll-ups meet the large missile impact test of Dade County (NOA02-0102.02) and the Florida Building Code (FL5028).
