Bahama & Colonials
Bahama and colonial shutters are the only protection systems intended to enhance the beauty of your home in addition to providing a sufficient amount of security from the strongest hurricane winds and wind-borne debris. The bahamas come with a built-in storm bars eliminating the need for extra installation, they are secured with a pin lock or z-clip; the colonials require a storm bar. The bahama and colonial shutters provide visibility when closed, alleviating the "cave" affect. The bahama shutter conserves energy helping to reduce your cooling bill by providing shade against the hot Florida sun. The shutters are made of extruded aluminum and can be powder coated to almost any color you desire (over 150 colors to choose from).
